Employed field study, including POEMS in hospital, home visits, and interviews with 7 elder patients and 11 main caregivers.
Developed elderly patients and caregivers pair-persona as the supporting materials in the co-creative workshop for medical professionals and designers.
Facilitated co-creative workshop, guided participants to use stakeholder map, HMW, brainstorming, and storyboard, generated inclusive ideas or solutions to redesign geriatric health service.

Conduct testing and iteration of developed systems, brainstorm and design each stage of the minimum viable product, and integrate the MVP with existing products.

Compared current fetal fraction estimators' pros and cons from PubMed literature review.
Executed WGS data pre-process to get SNPs' genotype and allele count.
Explored distribution of maternal-fetal SNPs, computed and visualized each estimator's fitness, and proposed a new estimated method.
